Enforce Public Law 80-101, 61 U.S. Statutes at Large 136 (Taft-Harley Act) in Non-Right to Work States!

Created by J.L. on November 10, 2012

It has come to my underlying attention that nearly all of the Northwestern, Midwest and Western States have Laws that coerce their Residents to become a member of a labor union, voluntary, or have union dues and fees deducted from their wage or salary even if they refuse to become a member of such an organization. Compulsory Unionism is in violation of the Ninth Amendment of the United States in which it disparages the Citizens of the United States, and in violation of Public Law 80-101, 61 U.S. Statutes at Large 136 (Taft-Harley Act) which as vested in the U.S. Constitution; it is Federal Law and clearly states in Article VI: Clause II that such is the "supreme Law of the Land." Such violations disparages low-skilled and entry-level professionals of their individual Liberty.
