Enforce Racketeering (RICO) laws upon agencies that attempt communications intercepts without a federal or FISA warrant

Created by J.O. on October 20, 2011

Agencies of Federal Government Claim they can intercept the communications, electronic and otherwise of American citizens who are not suspected of a crime without a warrant and compel telecommunications companies to assit in this practice. The practice should be officially recognised as unconstitutional and illegal. Prosecutions would fall within Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act framework.
