Enforce the regulations on public education

Every year, thousands of students from high schools to colleges are skipping or just not showing up, to combat this, we ( the schools ) need to have more strict rules on campus's that allow students to leave school to get lunch during there lunch periods, now college may be different but for high schools across the world thousands of people skip only because they don't find school " entertaining " or " worth there time ". So I say as a school administrator we make school a little more strict, but at the same time just make it easier for them to understand
