ENFORCE RENTAL CONTROL IN CALIFORNIA Homelessness will not end , if there is No Rent Control

Created by S.E. on January 28, 2016

Demand for Rent Control in California is needed especially in Santa Clara County. Rent there is way beyond affordable $2200.00 and higher is what rents are starting at that could be just for a 1 bedroom studio in most cities, plus having to pay first and last months rent is well over $ 4,000.00 dollars. There are families having to live with families just to make it.Unless you are wealthy or an executive who makes a 6 digit salary once a year.

We live in Morgan Hill California, and we are struggling every month. Are household income is under 30,000 dollars a year we worry everyday. We can't pay high rent anything over 1,000.00 is out of are budget.Homelessness will never come to an end if The Government will do something about placing a rent control order in this county
