Enforce RICO laws upon agencies that attempt to target American citizens for death or imprisonment without due process.

Agencies of the Federal Government claim they can imprison or kill American citizens without civil due process or presenting any evidence that a crime was committed and have done so. "Evidence" of misconduct or criminal act is typically hearsay, secret or classified, and criminal charges are non-existent while the targeted American is stripped of constitutional protections without redress. The practice would be officially recognized as an illegal and unconstitutional conspired murder of an American and prosecuted under the framework of Federal Racketeering influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
