enforce the rule of law equally, including "too big to fail banks" like HSBC and UBS.

Created by L.S. on February 27, 2013

Recently Assistant Attorney General Lanny Breuer announced deals for HSBC and UBS for clearly criminal activity, including funneling money for terrorist organizations. The AG office accepted minor fines (5 weeks of profits) and declined criminal prosecution because "the entire banking system would have been destabilized."

The rule of law is far more important than the ability of bankers to remain too big to fail. We the people demand that all be held to the same legal standard, and that criminal proceedings begin immediately. If you do not hold each of us to the same standards, then your standards become void.
