Members of congress need to participate in the financial woes of the American people, for which most have seen a salary reduction over the past few years. Since the members of both house and senate seem to be nonnegotiable with their colleagues of a differeing party, it would prove fair to reduce their pay for the stagnate work performance.
We the people would like to see the pay reduced by 30% starting 2013.
