In order to protect the citizens of our nation we must enforce the separation of church and state. Any church that speaks out politically shall no longer keep the rights to not be taxed as any other business. Any state or state official that wastes tax money to legally challenge a law that has been ruled unconstitutional, based on religious beliefs shall have to pay all monies used out of their own pocket.
This should free up a lot of tax money, and also reduce wasted court time.
