We Parents, and Citizens are tired of watching Sexual Offenders get convicted of heinous crimes against innocent children, and people, only to receive a slap on the wrist and go home in hiding. Their convictions are swept under the rug. There needs to be stricter laws enforced. We propose that once a sexual offender is found guilty of harming a child, or unwilling person, then special license plates should be administered on the offenders' vehicle, stating that they are a Registered Sexual Offender. As a mother, I demand to be able to protect my children. I believe that new Offender License Plates would be a smart move, and could warn citizens of which individuals are a danger to their loved ones while out in public. Thank you for your time.
