This petition is to enforce a designated mark on all mentally ill persons state ID or Driver license. This law would be called the STANEK ACT, covers a few topics..
1. enforce that all retailers of ammo to check the parties identification, if the person bears the designated mark refuse the sale. this law would dramatically stop mentally ill from even purchasing ammunition.
2. allow a tax break to a home owner who does not have an adequate safe for their ammo and weapons at their residence
3. if the home maker has a mentally ill persons living under their house hold the government will fully reimburse this person for the reliable safe.
This law would help in so many ways, keeping the guns in safe hands and the purchase of ammo out of reach of the mentally ill
