Enforce state judges, courts and law enforcement to follow and enforce federal immigration laws in state level civil affairs.
Millions of criminal, illegal immigrants are processed and served in state courts and many judges do not have the power to enforce federal law in order to detain, arrest and deport illegal immigrants. Many state, county and city police officers also are not allowed to ask if they are legal citizens due to many "hush" laws. These laws aren't based on racial profiling at all. Many civil cases are being won by criminals and are allowed back into society which is a potential threat to homeland security. Many Illegal immigrants partake in criminal activities and are being given leniency under the excuse and presumption of them being poor and underprivileged immigrants
