This petition urges the Obama Administration to enforce all Law Enforcement agencies including Federal and small minor county agencies across the country the requirement of a Civilian Case Review Comittee to any Police Officer or Agent who breaks protocol or break the laws they are meant to enforce.
This will hopefully prevent anymore bias decisions made by the agencies themselves regarding the punishment.
Example: If you research any violations of protocol or Police Officers/Agents who break the law, they are usually always only put on 2 day no-pay leave, and if not the most minor punishment, always is welcomed back into the force. Civilians should decide the punishment, not the agency superiors.
