This is important because it happens EVERY DAY. Celebrities spiraling out of control get more attention than the situations that truly need to be looked at. Innocent animals are being burned alive, thrown out in dumpsters, beaten with bats and dragged by trucks and it's because we ALLOW the individuals who do these sick and twisted things to get away with it with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Dogs are one of the only creatures on earth that give love 100% unconditionally.. Yet they are killed off and tortured by cruel people who receive no repercussions except an occasional fine. A fine? Animal cruelty is a known habit in serial killers.
Stricter laws and punishment NEED to happen. An innocent animal is being killed by someone right at this moment.
