Enforce stricter penalties for those who "forget" a child in hot vehicles.

While there are two existing petitions on this same issue, this one differs from the others. One of them is asking to make breaking a car window to save a child from a hot car legal, the other simply states to prevent child car deaths. This one is asking to enforce stricter penalties altogether. Enough is enough! Each year dozens of children die at the hands of their parents for the sole reason of being "forgotten" in the car. A lot of times these deaths are ruled an accident and the child receives no justice at all. Dying the way these children have is one of the cruelest ways to do so. A slow and desperate death that no human being should have to endure, especially not a child.
