There should be strict transparency and published public records of anyone who works at schools. Teachers’ and school administrators’ backgrounds, family situations as they pertain to safety, possession of any guns or fire arms by them or any of their family members should be published and disclosed publicly to prospective and active parents, to the school community and to the public at large.
