As the majority of the world is not a lawyer or similar, it annoys me to no end that nearly everyone who isn't getting paid to read a EULA (End User Licence Agreement) doesn't read it.
To improve EULA's for the future add summaries at the top of the EULA's so the people know what they are agreeing to in a fraction of the time required to decypher the lawyer text.
Also the changes compared to the last time the people agreed to the EULA.
In the hope the rest of the world will follow the example and create a more informed future.
