Kim Davis, County Clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky is in violation of Federal law by continuing to issue marriage license pursuant to the Supreme Court's ruling, further refusing to follow the ruling of Federal Judge Banning and a ruling of the Federal Court of Appeals. Kim Davis' actions (or lack thereof) violates the civil rights of same sex couples and causes them great harm. We, the undersigned respectfully request the President of the United States to IMMEDIATELY take any such action as necessary to either force Kim Davis to issue the marriage license in question, or replace Ms. Davis with someone who will.
