Over the past several decades, the citizens of the United States have been subject to increased costs, loss of control in regards to choice and exposure, and increased barriers that inhibit small businesses from entering and competing within any particular market. Large corporations own infrastructure, primary marketing and communication channels, and control relationships with 3rd-party manufacturers that restrict the development of a fair business environment where the primary objective is to better the needs of The People. As an example, the recent ruling that abolished "net neutrality" is in direct violation of our nation's Restraint of Trade law: "...enforceability of contractual restrictions on freedom to conduct business."
