Whereas the United States of America grants and charges a fee for Copyrighted material. Let it be known that the United States of America upon charging a fee for such copyright documentation should implement and enforce laws against individuals or businesses from blatant copyright fraud. Such acts of fraud should be enforced by the United States of America at all avenues of enforcement, ie., GOOGLE, YAHOO, BING, MSN and all internet advertisements done with U.S. involved businesses operating in the United States of America.and within it's boundaries. Internet providers operating within the United States must comply with copyright laws and it's up to the federal Government to enforce these laws to which the services the U.S. treasury is providing for the copyright fee imposed.
