Enforce unlawful search and seizure to include internet.

Created by E.Z. on July 03, 2013

We the people believe that the Fourth Amendment includes all reasonablly secured communications and transmissions that are not threatening National and International security.

Wherein it states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Papers and Effects regardless of the method of transfer from one person to another are protected under the ammendment without probable cause and a search warrant. We request that electronic data transfer is viewed to be legally similar to physical transfers.
