Enforce US Constitutional Amendments IX and XIV.S1 against the State of Indiana and laws restricting rights of citizens.

Created by C.B. on March 29, 2015

Observing that laws such as the State of Indiana's Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and all laws containing similar or more subversive language, necessarily and unabashedly restrict the freedoms and rights of American citizens, whose race, religion, creed, and sexuality have no bearing on the retention of those rights, we the people hereby petition the United States government to intervene on behalf of its citizens against the 50 States and such laws as they may make to restrict our human freedoms and civil rights.

Further observing that the Civil War and Civil Rights Movement have gone through such as these matters and, indeed, arguments, we recommend the US government use these and similar cases as appropriate and where they establish precedent in determining legitimacy of these laws.
