This petition will force non-supportive parents to seek employment and pay court ordered child support rather than the alternative of incarceration which will ultimately cost tax payers to pay for their mistakes. Instead of "house arrest", we should enforce "work arrest" allowing the parent the chance to change thier lives as well as the lives of their child(ren).
