We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Enforce the YouTube Community Guidelines to prevent the breaking of the law within the website.

Created by T.C. on June 27, 2016

People within the site are frequently breaking laws in various forms of YouTube channels, including but not limited to reaction and prank channels. Several YouTubers have been accounted of breaking the law in various ways such as commiting harassment, filing false copyright claims, commiting plagerism, etc. On the other side, many YouTubers have noticed these acts, and decided to take action in the form of videos, such as GradeAUnderA (please do not harm him). The company of YouTube hardly does anything about these issue present. Hopefully, with this petition, the U.S. gov't could take control of the guidelines as well as the website itself, enforcing the legal powers of the influential software. This could help the website drastically in strength and make it easier to catch violators.
