enforce a a zero tolerance stance against anyone that is found guilty of physical or sexual abuse towards children.

Daily there are new horrific stories about children being sexually assaulted, beaten to death, starved on purpose, and tortured at the hands of some seriously disturbed individuals. It is time to take a stance and say ENOUGH is ENOUGH! We should not stand idly by and allow people to get away with this. I think the current administration should adopt a "one and done" policy. Individuals causing harm in any way to a child should get no second chances to harm another child. Life in prison without the possibility of parole, or in those states that allow it, automatic death penalty if a child dies. We have to protect our children from these people, and we have to send a very clear message that child abuse, in any form, is NOT OKAY.
