Enforcement of the Constitution superseding all laws and regulations irregardless of judicial or political precedence.

Created by T.W. on June 25, 2013

Local laws and governments that are in violation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights need to be removed as rule of law and regulation against the American people. If this does not happen, then subjecting every politician to these laws. In example; if the law is passed that law enforcement officials can stop an individual on the streets and frisk for any random reason, then the politicians should be stoped periodically up to ten times a day to be frisked. Law enforcement officials should have identification readilly availible and must present such identification without harrasement to the requestor. This is to ensure that this individual is in fact a law enforcement officer and not fradulently missidentifying themselves. The United States Constitution has prevalence irregardless.
