-153.001 - #3 : parents to share
-153.003 - no discrimination due to sex
-153.004 - evidence of domestic violence, not hearsay.
-153.005/153.006 - joint managing conservator ship
-153.007 - agreed parenting plan
-153.010 - family counseling
-153.071 - mediation/dispute resolution
-153.073/153.075 - rights of BOTH in joint conservator ship.
Also, for Fathers in Child Support Courts:
-Enforce Due Process
-Enforce Amendment 14
-Enforce 42 USC 1983 - Federal courts to protect those whose rights are deprived. Section 1983 - prevents discrimination.
Court must prove:
-U.S.C.A Title 18 SS401 - Note 14 - Wrongful Intent
-P.L.E. 7a SS.12 - ability to pay
-USAM - Title 9 - willful violation
