In order to help eliminate poverty, please help to pass a bill into law and to enforce it that when an employer is giving its employee a raise, that the merit raise percentage will be equal or greater to the current inflation rate. There are many people who are considered hard working, but their annual raise in the company is less than the current inflation rate through no fault of the employee and because that is what the company can afford.
