Establishing English as the official language of the USA is essential to insure that all citizens of the nation have equal access to the rights, opportunities, and protections guaranteed by our government. A common language for all aspects of government communication are necessary for the fair and efficient administration of the public's business. All citizens shall be required to have a working fluency in English and the government is not required to provide translation services except in cases where treaties with other nations have provided otherwise. The responsibility of providing English language education to non English speaking individuals will be the responsibility of the Federal Government to administer. This requirement shall not discourage the personal use of any other language.
