Enhance national security from incoming hostile ICBM's

Created by L.R. on March 17, 2014

The United States currently has a policy of "wait for detonate", which means that a possible nuclear threat is not guaranteed to be eliminated prior to reaching the United States. This could result in the deaths of hundreds of thousands - if not millions - of Americans.

As a concerned citizen of the United States, I would like the President to make clear a new, stronger posture on imminent threats to the mainland United States and her territories; to define the standard course of action that the United States military will take to eliminate any incoming threat; to define means of retaliation as a nuclear deterrent.

Further, as a concerned citizen of the United States, I want the President and all lawmakers to adjust budgeting for FY2015 to expand missile defense of the United States.
