The petition system has a lot of work that needs to be put into place. There is too many options for abuse and fine tuning this program will be invaluable and provide an outlet "For the People" to voice themselves and bring "real change" to this country before it's too late.
1. Everyone is required to use their social security number in order to vote.
2. Fine tune "local" based petitions so that if your SSN registered to say an address in Atlanta, then you can vote on a petition that is for Georgia or Atlanta. However,if the data is "wrong" and you are living in Atlanta, the system will automatically check your IP address and if it is in Atlanta it will then proceed. The system will then enforce you to update your SSN info.
3. Put measures in place to stop abuse.
