enhanced federal guidelines concerning police department body and dash cams.

Created by R.O. on January 29, 2016

Since their inception dash and body cameras have provided an invaluable record of police conduct both good and bad. The value of these tools can not be understated. However frequently it is reported that law enforcement departments are either improperly utilizing these tools or disabling or impairing these tools as they see fit.

We need strong federal guidelines regulating the use of body and dash cameras to ensure police departments are not intentionally impairing the functions of these devices.
