Enjoin the Nevada AG to enforce NGCB Regulation 5.011, articles 2 and 3 or be subject to sanctions by the US DOJ.
Consequently, all casinos owned and/or operated by Americans employ the exact same business model embraced by Nevada Casinos. This business model’s fulcrum tactic is to manipulate and exploit human fragility!
Every casino in NV and the US routinely violates NGCB’s Regulation 5.011, articles 2 and 3, or versions, thereof. As such, since the NGCB is inept/impotent and the Nevada AG will not enforce the aforementioned regulation because it will result in insolvency for Nevada, the onus of enforcement in the public interest becomes the obligation of the US Government.
We the people are accountable for our actions, while Casino Executives are scofflaws.
