Consequently, all casinos owned and/or operated by Americans employ the exact same Business model embraced by Nevada Casinos. This Business model’s fulcrum Business tactic is to manipulate and exploit human fragility!
Every casino in NV and the US routinely violates NGCB’s Regulation 5.011, articles 2 and 3, or versions, thereof. As such, since the NGCB is inept/impotent and the Nevada AG will not enforce the NGCB’s Regulation 5.011 because it will result in financial insolvency for his state, the onus of enforcement in the public interest rests on the shoulders of the US Government.
