Clinton decided to shink our United States Military which was increased the use of our states national guard overseas. We need to increase our United Stated Military so they can be use over seas instead of our states national guard. Our States national guard should be use for America's defence here in America by protecting and guarding our borders and help out during national and state emergencys.
