Music. Space. Lasers. What do these things have in common? Well, other than (Insert David Bowie, Black Sabbath, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, ETC. reference here). Put simply, they have yet to be applied all in one, exponentially awesome military project. Therefore, I posit here in this petition the suggestion for the Dept. of Defense to begin a joint effort with the Dept of Commerce to enlist the best and brightest of Musical engineering,theory, application and composition(with a special emphasis on Domestic enrollment, wherever possible; in order for the immediate advancement of funding for R&D on space and terrestrial weapon systems controlled by music, sound, and rhythm.
