Inquire, Oversee, and Admonish the Colombian Government about the negotiating terms of the peace treaty with the Farc.

On behalf of concerned citizens of the Republic of Colombia. Yesterday in the Guajira, a flagrant violation of the Colombian Sovereignty took place when a Cuban helicopter flew inside Colombian airspace to deliver the guerrilla leaders to a town where they gathered farmers & cattle ranchers to indoctrinate about what is with the peace treaty. The guerrilla had a battalion of heavy armed insurgents about 500 units. Is my opinion, the careless actions of president Santos who have orchestrated this fake peace plan, opens more gates to cocaine & heroin drug trade with dire consequences to American Society. USA must engage these talks. Is my belief, this had created a "Clear and Present Danger" to the national security of United States, Santos must be oblige to renounce as president for treason
