The impact is the people unknowingly limited to research programs necessary for the proper adjustment to society. Policy procedures are unfair as in "unjust". The method of learning is "information", given "formal", and not "informal". Its generations passing down the knowledge regards to "culture and values". The tradition of fair practices has apparently changes because of "States" policy and "holders". The educational institutions suppose to expand the educational work, but has restricted "rights" and "privileges", having no "entry" opportunity for "formal learning", for the "people". It has been concluded that the "admission" process needs to be "reviewed", most importantly a school movement.
