Ensure 1/2 of all donations collected for "needy children abroad" stays in the U.S. for U.S. Children/families in need.

With all the money to help starving and homeless children and families in poverty stricken countries, If 1/2 of those funds were kept local and in the U.S. Our homeless rate would start to decline, the number of starving families in the U.S. would go down, People who want to finish their eduication would be able to do so insted of having to choose between, food, heat, medications, education, etc.. Lets help our nation so that we can better ourselves, then we can help others.
I move to require ALL charities and orginizations that collect funds to help "feed the children" be required by law to put at least 50% of all donations recieved to help struggeling citizens of the U.S.
