Ensure Active Military get their correct paychecks in a Timely Manner

Payroll errors in the military are widespread and even detected mistakes are incredibly hard to fix. The Defense Finance and Accounting Service will overpay and then cut payments to compensate leaving military families scrambling for money with hardly any notice. This is a threat to National Security from within. Our system is so antiquated, and yet 10 years and a billion dollars were spent on a new system and all was then scrapped for failure to perform. We desire a response to what this Administration plans to do actively, with congress AND without it if necessary.
