As a proud Oregonian ,who is able to vote by mail , without long delays, undue stress or loss of income ; I wish to petition President Obama to ensure that ALL my fellow AMERICANS are afforded the same comfort while participating in the Federal/State voting process.
This can be achieved by one of two ways
1. The entire nation changes over to a vote by mail system
2. And or there shall be made a national HOLIDAY day of voting for Federal Elections declared.
For people who are unable to vote due to their employment status , should be given an absentee ballot if it is requested in a time frame of no less than 30 days prior to the election. Ballots may be turned in or deposited at any post office or Federal Building and postmarked no later than the day of said election.
