Make it a federal law, that all candidates for president that meet the federal requirements to be placed on the ballot, are placed on all state ballots.

Change the electoral college in an effective way to allow the people to have an equal voice by changing the number of electorial college votes to be based on population per district and changing the way they are awarded to candidates in a fair and equitable way by awarding the candidate that wins a particular district the electoral votes for that district.
