This petition's goal is to pass a law regulating all forms of Federal, State, County, and City government institutions to consistently maintain a workforce that is racially proportionate to the area in which it serves. Also, that vendors selected to provide services for all government institutions be racially proportionate to the area served. The current workforce of most government institutions do not represent the ethnic diversity of the population served. Minorities are being hindered from participating in the administration of America's government. Government Administration Hiring Practices should be reformed and regulated, so that the racial diversity of any government administration facility and the vendors it uses is in proportion to the community it serves.
