Ensure all immigrants seeking citizenship with the United States be required to speak English.

By signing this petition you are helping ensure that natural born American citizens are not overlooked for jobs that REQUIRE being bilingual. In states and cities that hold a large amount of immigrants...companies, organizations and even GOVERNMENT positions are REQUIRING that natural born citizens speak the languages of other nations as opposed to requiring the citizenship seeker to speak the language of OUR country. This in turn is closing doors on Americans and lowering our chances of gaining employment in an already slow job market. It is unfair and down right discriminatory to turn away Americans seeking employment in these 50 states due to speaking a language that is not the native tongue of the United States.
