USCIS provides a broad range of immigration services but the offices have forms printed in a handful of foreign languages. The offices request the rest of the immigrants to hire a professional translater in case they don’t understand the documents printed in English. United States of America welcomes immigrants from all over the world and I think that since the immigrants know that they are living in an English speaking country, they would all expect to either hir a translator or have forms printed in their language just like some lucky immigrants.
