Ensure all offices of govt. respect US v Warshak, which rules that people have a reasonable expectation to email privacy

It is a basic issue of fairness that all Americans should have to play by the same rules, and that this should include Americans with whom we have entrusted our safety and freedom. To that end, all offices of federal government should respect judicial rulings derived from our shared Constitution. One such ruling is US v. Warshak, which mandates through the Fourth Amendment that we all have a reasonable expectation to privacy in email communications, and that the government should issue a lawful search warrant before being given access to private communications, regardless of the underlying format of an exchange — whether that is a written letter, a telephone call, or an email, or an implementation of whatever new technology will be used in the future by people to talk to one another.
