We believe that the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires the federal government to only enforce the powers delegated to it respectively in the Constitution, and all other rights and powers not enumerated are left to the States and people of the States. We direct the President to request Congress to enact a federal law pertaining to support of the 10th Amendment to include:
All new federal laws must contain a description, including the Article, Section and Clause, from the text of the Constitution where it expressly states the federal government has authority to legislate the matter.
Any law found by 1/4 of the State Legislatures, State Attorneys General, Governors, State Supreme Courts or other legal proceedings such as Citizen passed referendums to be illegal is nullified.
