All veterans should have the same and equal protections of services and benefits provided by the Veterans Administration, regardless of the era served. Veterans should be protected from reckless disregard and discrimination by the Veterans Administration, after the veteran was discriminated against while on duty, regardless of when the act occurred. Especially if the discriminating actions of the military conduct is the cause of the, delays, restriction or denial for the veteran services for which he/she would ordinarily be entitled to. And those services or benefits were denied because of discrimination from or the lack of improper procedures while the veteran was on active duty.
