Nothing is more frustrating than to be left out of a conversation that should involve everyone. But this is the nearly universal lot of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing when it comes to YouTube videos. The massive failure on the part of YouTube video providers generally to caption their videos leaves the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community hopelessly incapable of knowing what is going on in such videos.
