America is faced with two huge issues: a large unemployment rate, and a crumbling infrastructure.
We need a jobs programs that will train and employ millions of Americans to: improve bridge and road safety; improve highway and road signage; build alternative transportation modalities such as high-speed rail; and improve public transit throughout the United States.
