I understand the meaning of fairness. As a citizen, I am upset with the pending infringement on our rights. The mentality the politicians are trying to sell is if we remove high capacity magazines, the people are safer. If this is truly the feeling of the politicians, then they will all agree that any legislation that applies to the citizen should also apply to law enforcement agencies. If we are not allowed to have 30rnd magazines, why would the police need them? You don't need 3 magazines of 30 rounds to defend yourself do you? Not only am I a citizen, I am a certified police officer. Again, I understand the meaning of fairness.
